In January 2018, Kaiser Permanente opened a 62,000 sq ft specialty medical office building in Santa Clarita, converting a former 115,000 sq ft office/R&D building into an ambulatory care facility built around Kaiser’s “Reimagining Ambulatory Care Design” vision. Maglin furnished the courtyards and walkways with 1050 Series tables/benches and 400 Series cluster seating, set into native-planted gardens designed as places of “refuge and rejuvenation” for patients, families, and staff.
