When B+H Architects designed the 2017 expansion of Milton District Hospital, the landscape was never just a border around the building — the gardens were meant to reduce stress and create what the design team called “harmonious indoor-outdoor connections.” Along the courtyard paths, Maglin’s 970 Benches give people somewhere to sit with that intention in mind, while 720 Collection Bike Racks gather under a wide angled canopy nearby. The expansion doubled the hospital’s inpatient capacity from 63 to 129 beds, growing the facility to 455,000 square feet.
