Our Powdercoat process involves six stages of cleaners, rinses, and an electrostatic powder application that finishes with an oven bake that provides the best surface adherence and protection available.
Our Powdercoat is produced to European standards that ban the use of TGIC (Polyester Triglycidyl Isocyanurate), a flow agent directly linked to skin and respiratory ailments. TGIC-Free paint helps reduce waste because it adheres better-and meets all the expectations of powdercoat quality.
